Gram Flour is also known as Besan or Chickpea Flour. This flour, which we can easily make at home, has recently grown in popularity across the world.

So let's get started towards our Diet Recipe: 
                          CUCUMBER PANCAKES 

Ingredients: 
1. One cup of Besan
2. Half grated medium sized Onion
3. 3/4 grated Cucumber 
4. Two medium sized Green Chilly 
5. Salt as per taste 
Cooking Process: 
➡️ In a bowl shift all the ingredients and mix it well, until we get rid of all the lumps.
➡️ Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium flame. Scoop the batter onto the grilled pan and cover it with a lid.
➡️ Cook for 3 to 4 mins on each side. Make sure both the sides get well cooked. 
Garnishing:
Garnish the Diet Cucumber Pancakes with one hard boiled egg and the half remaining cucumber.
