UNDERSTANDING DEPRESSION
Today I want to emphasize on a very important topic. Whatever happened in past few days lets not talk about it and directly get into our topic which will definitely safe more life's.
I want you people to realize it's very important to understand mental issues to reach out for help. If you are going to something please do talk to somebody. If you feel that there is somebody who really needs help, somebody who is unable to cope with whatever situations they're facing it's very important for you to take some steps, go out and please do talk to them.
I myself few days ago went through severe anxiety & that day I literally found myself broken. It's strenuous to explain that situation here in text. That's why I beg you all, please reach out to them, help them whosoever is going through this severe depression.
About Depression: A mental health disorder characterised by feelings of worry, anxiety or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities.
What happens if Depression is left untreated:
Suicide: Having thoughts of death and suicide are symptoms of depression. If depression is left untreated, these thoughts can get worse. Sometimes, you or a friend of yours might feel like suicide is the only way to overcome the depression or the only way to escape the pain. This isn’t true. There are many effective ways to reduce depression symptoms and get better.
A well said quote: "The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it - by Eckhart Jolle."
Self-injury: Another way some people try to cope with depression is by self-injuring or causing pain upon themselves with methods like cutting or burning.
Health Concerns: Depression can become an unhealthy cycle. People with depression need to take good care of themselves to feel better, but because of the symptoms, they are unable to sleep, don’t want to eat and have no interest on daily curriculum. Because they are unable or unwilling to do these things, the depression worsens and health suffers the most. When we don’t take care of ourselves it can leave us vulnerable to other illnesses too.

If someone ask a depressed person" Hey, How have you been?"
The depressed person would say " I've been great, I'm fine."
(But inside they're broken, tensed, worried that need to be solved)
Cure's of Depression :
Do something new: When you’re depressed, you won't feel to do anything. That time do one thing push yourself to do something different. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Cook something new. Chat with an old friend. When we do something new there are some chemical changes in our brain that takes us away from that depressed situation.
Challenge negative thoughts: In your fight against depression, you'll come across a lot of negative thoughts, do push away of this thoughts, think that your the best accept yourself & move on from that situation.
And please if your mental condition is becoming worse do concern a Psychiatrist. There's no harm in it. If you've money than reach to a doctor. It really helps.
I agree psychologists who will treat you will take money, sometimes a lot, l however it's also true everything is not free, in this earth we need money to live the life. So if they take money they will definitely help you.
